Sex and the City Quiz Results!

You scored 40% Miranda
You chose many of the same answers that Earth Sign-like Miranda, the cynical but pragmatic lawyer, might have chosen. Just like Miranda's had a tough time deciding whether to give in to the affections of Steve the Bartender, you don't give your heart up to just anyone. Miranda shies away from a relationship with Steve because he's 'just' a bartender, not something more conventionally ambitious or stable. Those with powerful Earth Sign qualities -- characteristics associated with Taurus, Virgo and Capricorn -- are cautious in love and seek stability and status over nearly anything else. Earth Signs provide a steady, realistic attitude and they can bring order out of chaos. A little-known Earth Sign fact: Incredibly sensual, you seethe beneath that smart, expensive business suit of yours, yearning for intimacy but hesitant to give up your material needs, your career ambitions or your responsibilities for a passionate moment that might not turn out the way you'd hope.

You scored 40% Charlotte
A romantic at heart, you chose the answers that demure Charlotte may have chosen. Strongly influenced by the intuitive, profound and sometimes naïve Water Signs -- Cancer, Scorpio and Pisces -- you're like a mother, a mystery and a poet all in one. Though on the surface you may seem innocent and all about seeking the good in people, beneath the surface, you hide secret yearnings for intimacy, for attachment and ideal love. You're seeking a knight in shining armor, a soul mate, someone who will complete you and tether you to the earth when you get carried away with your fantasies. You're super-sensitive, soaking up the moods of others; you emote freely, crying at commercials and sappy movies. You also provide a shoulder to cry on and open arms for hugs. Be careful that you're not so wide-eyed and trusting that you get taken in by some cunning wolf in sheep's clothing.

You scored 10% Carrie
Your answers peg you as a Carrie-type, much influenced by the Air Sign qualities associated with Gemini, Libra and Aquarius. Like confident Carrie, a sex columnist, you're curious and perceptive, always seeking answers and never satisfied with the superficial. An Air Sign influence can lead to indecision and an avoidance of tough issues, like with Carrie and her on-again, off-again attachment to Mr. Big. Forward-thinking, incredibly intelligent and witty, you just exude quirky charm. You'd be utterly bored by someone who's just a pretty face or hot body -- though you don't mind looking and flirting! You're more turned on by an equally smart and funny mate, someone who challenges your mind and makes you laugh. You love to talk, so you need a good listener who's open to playful and eccentric ideas about love and lovemaking.

You scored 10% Samantha
You identify with Samantha's bold and liberated Fire Sign qualities, characteristics associated with the Signs of Aries, Leo and Sagittarius. You're strong, audacious and larger than life -- and you take what you want! Sometimes you can even be thoughtless and selfish, as you get so caught up in craving immediate gratification and excitement that you overlook someone's feelings. Your personal style likely reflects your desires: sleek, low-cut, revealing just a bit more than might be considered acceptable. Watch that you're not coming on too strong, though. You could scare potential suitors off with all your drama. If you seek so much attention, the more basic qualities of the Fire Signs could be burned right out of the picture. Show less skin or cleavage and more of your creativity, your vibrant leadership skills and courageous generosity!

Better Luck by the Scissor Sisters (LYRICS)

I know i'm into you
I don't know what to do
When we talk I feel like I died twice
Boxers use it's fists
Hockey players break their wrist
You break my heart when you try to play nice

Like a detective without a case
I magnify what you say and
Test the implications
It could be you or it could be through
Before it even begins
I'm a fish swimming without fins

Better luck next time
Maybe we could have a go
With another kind of love
One that carries on
Better luck next time
Guess I've only one regret
That I didn't get to know you better than I did

You tell me that you're mine
Are you just being kind?
Let's not stretch our imagination
When you look in my eyes
Always get them butterflies
My knees get weak with anticipation

And if I might have a slip of the tongue
Will the fun disappear?
Is the binding coming undone?
You keep me waiting within your grasp
But I can't tell what you feel
And I'm too afraid to ask you

Better luck next time
Maybe we could have a go
With another kind of love
One that carries on
Better luck next time
Guess I've only one regret
That I didn't get to know you better than I did

Better luck next time
Maybe we could have a go
With another kind of love
One that carries on
Better luck next time
Guess I've only one regret
That I didn't get to know you better than I did

23 Answers.

Here it is. Enjoy.

Question 1 = Italy; The year I left for the Philippines, we received a letter from a person whose last name is also VENZON, which is from Northern Italy, in search of possible relatives. That is interesting, considering that both sides of my mother's family is basically Filipino.

Question 2 = 20 GB Ipod with a nice, orange latex cover (w/ screen protector). It is also laser engraved on the back, "Edgar Patrick Landas. MUSIC."

Question 3 = If you want to be very precise with this answer, it would be:
Bobby B., Pipo P., Kris S., Me, and...Richie C. It was basically a combination of two cliques (Bobby & Pipo, Me and Kris, and eventually Richie found his way in).

Question 4 = My poor car is very HOT, literally. It broke down a record THREE TIMES Sophomore year, my first year at William & Mary.

Question 5 = Red/Orange. Apparently this is my lucky color as a Sagittarian and reflects a push towards the more artistic, passionate side of myself.

Question 6 = True/Yes. I went to the Bethlehem Baptist Christian Academy for my second year of Pre-Kindergarten. Apparently my first pre-kindergarten school, a co-op, closed down, so my parents sent me to the closest private school in Chantilly, where I stayed for one year before I moved to All Saints in Manassas.

Question 7 = Kahlil J. I met Kahlil in the library looking for a place to live in July 2001 before my first year @ William & Mary.We signed the lease 2.5 hours later.

Question 8 = I am a FINANCE major with a concentration in MARKETING and a double major in PHILOSOPHY.

Question 9 = Religion and English. Apparently, I was able to take advantage of the subjective pluses in Religion sophomore year because I was nowhere near the 95 % required for an exemption.

Question 10 = My Days with the Lord Sponsor was Koko N., and I sponsored Gabby de Vera for Days with the Lord. The weekend of my DWTL, apparently I missed my friend at the time, Marge E., kissing another girl at Coreen C's big party.

Question 11 = Pachachi, after Adnan Pachachi, one of the Iraqi Governing Council members.

Question 12 = Sunless tanner. "I fake, I don't bake." Apparently, I did a combination of both last summer. It was great to
come into work with a tan every two weeks considering how much sun we actually received last summer.

Question 13 = RED (which, according to one of my friends, I should NEVER do again). It was supposed to be for Drag Ball, and I decided to dye my hair permanent. I was such a HOE!

Question 14 = Greece, a week before the Greek Orthodox Easter.I traveled across the Aegean to Heraklion to visit the site of Knossos, and I traveled back to Athens to meet Pearson for a day (literally).

Question 15 = VS stands for "Vengeful Sluts" and it's from the movie, "My Best Friend's Wedding." It's the name the two slutty
sisters call themselves.

Question 16 = I bought my first iTunes online CD, "Es Wird Morgen" by 2raumwohnung and I also bought, yes, Autobiography by Ashlee Simpson. I won't tell you the last cd I bought--it's my prerogative!

Question 17 = Panama City Beach, FL freshman year, Grand Bahama Island, Bahamas sophomore year. Both trips involved long drives to Florida in Jamie's Ford Bronco.

Question 18 = Christina Aguilera's "Stripped" and Justin Timberlake's "Justified". "Stripped" because "Stripped" tracked the hardships and the painful lessons I learned that past fall and winter. "Justified", well, because, I got addicted to "Cry Me a River". See my VIP Section for the email behind this purchase.

Question 19 = My academic goal that I finally met last spring was I finally received STRAIGHT A's in college.

Question 20 = With a slightly retarded batchmate, I tried out for Junior ROTC officer training. This entailed many sun-filled
days of marching, push-ups, standing in position, very short hair, and officer screaming commands in Filipino for two weeks long. Fortunately for all parties involved, they called off the training because we basically sucked.

[End of the Answers]

Since these are bonus (actually TRICK questions because I know the people who can answer these questions), I will leave hints for you to figure out the answer...if you can. ;D

Question 21 = If I lied about it, I'd probably have a big...nose. :^D
Question 22 = I can't tell you--it's a state secret.
Question 23 = Start counting...the answer to this question is short...
